Tanya brings 10 years of luxury property management experience to Jameson Sotheby's. From first-time condo buyers to seasoned sellers and investors, Tanya's high energy, integrity, and tireless work ethic enable her to seamlessly guide clients through what can often be a complex and daunting process. With an extensive background in real estate management relating to tenants, vendors and colleagues, Tanya's ability to problem solve and truly listen to and meet the needs of her clients enables her to assist them in achieving their real estate goals. With a degree in interior design, Tanya began her professional career in the architecture and design world. Her keen eye for detail and sense of space allow her to visualize the possibilities of a given home for her buyers, and to expertly advise her sellers on how to best represent the property. Tanya goes that extra step in the process whether it's coordinating with a staging professional or bringing in a tradesperson for quick touch ups. Recognizing the emotional and financial significance of the purchase or sale of a home, Tanya takes her advisor role seriously, and continually works to exceed her clients' expectations.

When working with Tanya, there is not an area of Chicago that extends beyond her expertise. Tanya has been a resident of Lakeview for 15 years, and is knowledgeable about the unique neighborhoods throughout the city. In her free time, Tanya enjoys cooking and traveling, and is a volunteer with Chicago Cares and Realtors to the Rescue of Homeless Animals. She is a graduate of Florida State University with Bachelor of Science in Interior Design.
