Architecture
Jeanne Gang, head of Studio Gang Architects, designed the geometrical-masterpiece now known as St. Regis Chicago, formerly Vista Tower Chicago. The building will be Chicago’s 3rd tallest building when completed, rising a commanding 1,191 feet to the top. If the name sounds familiar, Jeanne Gang also designed the nearby Aqua skyscraper, which at the time was the tallest structure in the world to be designed by a woman. When the St. Regis Chicago wraps construction, the illustrious building will surpass Aqua in height, at which point, Jeanne Gang will hold the prestigious honor of building the top two tallest structures designed by a woman.
The Interior Finishes
The condominium interiors will be designed by the world famous hospitality design firm Hirsch Bender Associates. Drawing on inspiration from the natural form and beauty of crystals, HBA is creating an interior look that will be the perfect counterpart to a grand exterior design.
