Kitchen Design Trends in Luxury Homes    

While many Chicago luxury home buyers tell me that the only thing they make for dinner is reservations, a kitchen can make or break a deal. It not only has to resonate with the buyer’s aesthetic, it has to be open, welcoming and functional with the latest bells and whistles and, ideally, a built-in coffee station.  It’s where they see themselves at the end of a long day, sorting mail while pouring a glass of wine, supervising homework, or catching-up with family and friends before going out to dinner. The kitchen island is command central in 2018 kitchen trends in luxury condominiums and homes.
